Started his journey with WIZ CRAFT- India’s leading communication and Entertainment Company, integrating strategy, creativity and technology to provide unique experiences, later on ventured into Awaaz India Media’s Election Technology vertical ELECTION AWAAZ. Successfully handled the Electioneering pursuits of some of the topmost Politicians of the country by providing them state of the art technology for winning a campaign.
Later on setup a multiple awards winning entity Krafters for managed services in the telecom segment providing cutting edge solutions to telecom services giants like Nokia, Ericsson, ZTE, Reliance, Alcatel Lucent etc. Managing the affairs of internationally acclaimed NGOs and Guinness World Record Awardee. Also representing leading International Pharma segment companies for their Indian Territory operations. Kabir’s educational pursuits has Masters in Arts (Communications) and Masters in Business Administration (International Business). Along with association with PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Kabir as Managing Trustee of Indian Skills Development Council is doing various assignments for the upliftment of downtrodden and destitutes, women empowerment and improving the environmental & ecological aspects. He is also a Guinness World Record awardee.

Bir pursued his education attainments after Graduation in Business Administration to Masters in Arts (Communications). Further studied for a Masters in Business Administration (International Business). He had been the driving force behind the success of ELECTION AWAAZ, after his training at CNN. Although he had been a back room boy yet he made his mark by ensuring that the commitments at Awaaz India Media and Election Awaaz are timely honored. He had a good stint in manufacturing for exports in the packaging sector with internationally procured raw material from leading manufacturers like Dupont and 3M his created products that had reached the shores of 48 countries across the world. Four of Bir’s created products have been acclaimed as International first and generated good revenue in the business.
A dedicated team player, he provided the backroom support for the success of Krafters in the telecom sector to satisfy the business needs of top managed services providers in the telecom sector like Reliance, Alcatel Lucent, Nokia, Ericsson, ZTE etc. Presently representing top International companies in Pharmaceutical sector in Diagnostics in Pharma segment. Bir’s commitments towards the society is evident by his contribution through his efforts and time devoted towards services for the downtrodden and destitutes by his association with Internationally acclaimed NGOs like The Earth Saviours Foundation, Care & Share, Mother India Crochet Queens and in his capacity as Trustee of Indian Skills Development Council.
